Individual resource purchases
Because purchased resources are downloadable digital content delivered immediately, refunds are only offered where:
- the resource was faulty, significantly not as described, or undownloadable due to a fault on our side; or
- required by UK consumer law.
Contact us within 14 days of purchase via the Contact page with your order details.
Subscriptions
- You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by law.
Institution licences
Refund terms for school/college licences are agreed individually as part of the licence contract.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original Stripe payment method and may take several business days to appear.
